If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will:

• Revisit the site to correct the issue free of charge.
   
• Offer a partial or full refund, if the issue cannot be resolved and is due to fault on our end.
   

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

• Service was not delivered or completed as agreed.
   
• You canceled the service with at least 24 hours' notice.
   
• A significant issue was found and reported within 24 hours after service, and we could not resolve it.
   

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Issues reported after 24 hours of service.
   
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment.
   
• Customer unavailability or no access at the time of scheduled service.
   
• Dissatisfaction based on unreasonable expectations beyond the agreed scope of work.
   

• Services can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance with no fee.
   
• Last-minute cancellations may incur a $50 cancellation fee or be non-refundable, depending on the service type.
